The ask.
- Round: Pre-seed
- Size: ₹3.5 cr (≈ US$ 420 k)
- Vehicle: CCPS or SAFE-India equivalent

- Purpose: Eighteen-month runway. See "Use of funds" below.
Use of funds.
- Engineering (50%). 4 founding engineers - quantum compiler, classical runtime, PQC, ML - at IIT-Delhi-grade compensation.
- IP & legal (10%). Six existing patent files (INTRINSIC Lab, IIT Delhi) + PCT filings in priority jurisdictions.
- Compute & lab (15%). Cloud quantum credits (IBM, AWS Braket), classical GPU, lab time at FITT, IIT Delhi.
- Pilots (15%). Two flagship paid pilots - one BFSI (PQC migration), one defence (secure communications PoC).
- Operating reserve (10%). Standards engagement (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27), accounting, statutory.

How we run a process.
- First call. 30 min. Founder + investor. We send the deck after this call, not before.
- Mutual NDA. Standard 24-month, mutual, governed by Delhi jurisdiction.
- NDA-gated room. A read-only folder on R2 with a one-time-signed URL per document, expiring in 14 days.
- Diligence questions. Asynchronous, in a shared document. We answer in writing - not in calls - so the answers are citable.
- Term sheet. Indian-law CCPS or SAFE-India equivalent. We do not accept terms that require non-Indian governing law for a pre-seed.
- Close. Standard ROC filings, post-close 30-day update cadence.
What we will not do.
- No exaggerated numbers. Where we don't have a metric yet, we say so. The "first paying customer" line is blank until it is not.
- No off-record deck send. Everything we share is logged with a date and recipient name.
- No "advisor equity for connections" deals. Advisors who sign on receive vesting equity for a defined scope of work.
- No exclusivity pre-term-sheet. We are talking to more than one party. We will tell you that openly.
